Worten is an omnichannel electronic retailer in Portugal that is beginning a transformation to become a one-stop-shop through a marketplace approach with the introduction of new categories of products (e.g. DIY & Bricolage). Bruno’s aspiration in the next 3 years is to transform a forecasting construct into a financial forecast decision in order to maximise the free cashflow return on each product. He has two moments that he is most proud of: being a key decision maker in the construction of the Worten Omnichannel Operating Model, and the reduction of coverage days year after year, after 13 years.
