Originally from the Netherlands, Damien launched his early career in Finance at Rabobank in Paris, returning to Rotterdam in 2008 to complete a MSc at RSM Erasmus University. Following this, Damien moved into a role in Equity Sales at Rabobank International, Amsterdam, where his team was ranked #1 in the prestigious Institutional Investor Research Team survey three years running. In 2012 he took up a role at Zalando AG, Berlin, moving up the ranks to Senior Business Development Manager. Under his management, Zalando was awarded best online company in Belgium. He joined MADE.COM in August 2014, prior to the company’s seamless expansion into the Netherlands and overseas marketing and development in the region. His current position is Managing Director Benelux & Nordics.
