A firm believer in the value of great customer service for both companies and customers, Elmer will share his learnings on personalizing the digital customer service experience. Before bol.com, Elmer was responsible for customer strategy at Ziggo, and has worked for Capgemini Consulting as management consultant. PS Bol.com has had a working chatbot since before Wall-E hit theaters in 2008. Chatbot Billie has had over 10 million conversations with customers since then, so lots of data and insights to learn from!
