Erin’s career has spanned more than two decades leading both strategy and operations within Customer Experience. She has led global teams with her steadfast passion on delivering an experience that is innovative, empathetic and drives revenue within a variety of verticals such as financial services, senior healthcare and retail/eCommerce. Currently, Erin serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Endy where she oversees the inbound and outbound contact centre, the loyalty program and the overall CX strategy for the company, working in partnership with their parent company Sleep Country Canada,
