Kattis is responsible for the strategic development of Fyndiq’s customer experience and brand experience. Her main focus, together with her colleagues, is to accelerate a transformation towards an eCommerce experience beyond the ordinary. She has previously worked with strategic customer experience at Adlibris and has many years of experience from physical retail and the nonprofit sector.
