Lisa is a CRM expert with over 17 years of CRM marketing and development experience, working client and agency side in dynamic, high growth organisations. She holds the role of Lead CRM Developer for Specsavers, the largest privately-owned optical group in the world, delivering high-quality, affordable optical and hearing care in 10 countries. Prior to Specsavers, Lisa was part of the original team that transformed the BBC’s CRM with the creation of myBBC: devising data-driven, multi-channel journeys to promote BBC output and achieve relevance at scale across a database of 27m BBC account holders.
