Lucía is an empathetic and passionate leader that puts the priority of her members first while driving business performance up through empowered & self-managing teams.

Born & raised in Spain, married and mother of 2 daughters, Lucía studied Industrial Engineering, which she upgraded with an MBA in Belgium. Lucía’s passions include reading, yoga, coaching and family life.

After 6 years as a Project Engineer in the Automotive Sector, Lucía has joined Toyota in 2005, and got really fascinated by its culture and values of Respect and Continuous Improvement. After several positions in the manufacturing and logistics areas within Toyota’s European head-office in Belgium, Lucía is now the Head of Operations Control in the Parts Supply Chain Group. Lucía is currently responsible for all Supply Chain customers in Europe as well as Supply Chain member development, safety, environment, transportation, packaging and quality.

In addition, Lucía is an active ambassador of Toyota’s culture as well as a real driver for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy in Logistics.

Lucía’s two mottos are : Everything is Possible Together & It is all a matter of Attitude.
