He has a proven record of success within international manufacturing and distribution corporations, and most recently in the retail sector. Luke provides high-level strategic planning, operational and financial management control whilst also diving into detail to apply continuous improvement techniques (Lean and Six Sigma) that increase business performance through operational efficiency and profitability. Luke has worked across many high profile customers such as Ferrari, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche, General Electric, Siemens, Walmart, Team New Zealand, and the British and US Governments.
