Customer Experience Manager
Maike started her journey with Red Bull in the digital operations team in 2021. First, she focused on all topics surrounding customer service. She is now looking to strengthen the company’s overall digital customer experience in the two shops – AlphaTauri and Red Bull Shop while maintaining and further developing the customer service. This includes topics such as navigation, sizing solutions and potential future messaging channels. Maike obtained her bachelor from Erasmus School of Economics in Rotterdam in International Economics and Business Economics and her masters in Strategic Management from the Rotterdam School of Management.
