Paco Tormo and Cristina Aristoy founded Singularu at the beginning of 2014 with a clear idea of building a customer centric service. Singularu was created to become an artisan marketplace but after analysing the behaviour of their customers they decided to launch a jewellery brand that kept the core business value: it had to be fully focused on the satisfaction of the customer. Every decision is focused on the idea of customer happiness and the business model of Singularu has evolved each year since then. The company has grown over 100% year over year to become one the most successful DNVB in Spain.
