Originally educated to be an Advertising ‘Mad Man’, Pim joined Internet giant Lycos in 2004 just after the Internet bubble had bursted.
After Lycos, Pim worked for 9 years in the Mobile Telco industry including 4 years where he ran a disruptive e-commerce start-up in the Belgian market.
Acting as a Digital Consultant in between, Pim nowadays is the Global Head of Ecommerce at TomTom. Running extensive online performance programs with a keen eye to continuously make smarter decisions based on data insights.
Throughout the last year Spaanderman build a disruptive Growth Marketing team to accelerate a data driven transformation of its business.
