Sacha joined Medallia in London in December 2019, and since then has been working on different opportunities mostly in the Retail, e-commerce and airlines sectors. She supports businesses to achieve their transformational and financial goals through CX actions. This means that she is responsible for delivering demonstrations of Medallia products to prospective and existing clients as well as crafting compelling proposals for how organizations can leverage feedback to create experiences valued by their customers and employees. Prior to joining Medallia, Sacha spent 4 years working as a financial auditor.
