Vishal holds over 15 years of experience specialising in consumer marketing and engagement strategies covering a variety of luxury lifestyle verticals including luxury retail & e-commerce, hospitality and travel.
Throughout his career he has championed the use of technology to empower human connections, geared towards the luxury consumer and focussing on the creating experiences that both serve consumer needs but also delight and surprise.
At Farfetch Vishal oversees the Customer Strategy and Engagement division within the Store of the Future function working across business partners to ensure that the technology and retail experience is continuously optimised by harnessing customer and data insights. In addition, Vishal also devises creatively lead customer marketing strategies to drive adoption of Store of the Future’s products and services in partner stores and with their end consumer.
