Will is an experienced digital leader, with a strong track record of growing global brands, SME’s and private equity owned businesses. He leads the global digital function at The Rug Company, a premium design brand with a rich heritage and global footprint, trading across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Previously, he worked with global brands such as Georg Jensen, Adidas, Diageo, Porsche and Jaguar-Landrover, leading customer first and business change programmes. Will regularly talks at industry events, is a certified Agile practitioner, and sits on the editorial board of the Journal of Digital & Social Media Marketing.
