Yassine joined Accor in October 2022 to lead the eCommerce and Customer Engagement Teams within the Digital & Business Factory department. As an Intrapreneur, Digital Marketer, Business Driven and Customer-Centric leader, he constantly aims to support the core business while developing new sources of revenues through both enterprise level transformations as well as through growth hacking, customer focused omnichannel, lifecycle and distribution & digital strategies. Prior to joining Accor, Yassine was employed by Bouygues Telecom (a leading French Telecom Company), in a variety of marketing positions. During this time, he developed his marketing, digital, product, CRM, CXM and project management skills both in B2C and B2B. From 2013 to 2021, he occupied several positions at Accor within the Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Loyalty department to support the group’s digital and business transformation. From 2021 to 2022, he joined an entrepreneurial adventure as Chief Operating Officer at Worklib, where he had the privilege with a few talented people to transform an idea on a PowerPoint into a concrete solution used by thousands of users in large and small companies to help them build a more collaborative, productive and sustainable hybrid work model.
